Staff
Friendly energetic Balinese staff which can help with Breakfast, housekeeping, security and a driver that ready to cater everything for our guest convenience during guests vacation with us.
Our dedicated staff will be ready to assist our guest’s needs providing services that ranging from dining, tours, motorbike and car rental, laundry and other services are available for our guest convenience.
All staff will always be available in the morning (8AM - 12PM) and after their shift done, they are available on request.
Please let us know in advance to any service that require full day staff assistance.
Check-in & Check-out time
Check in : 14:00 PM to 20:00 PM
Check out : 12:00 PM
Late Check Out before 18:00 PM will be charged 50 % from daily rental charge
Late Check Out after 18:00 PM will be charged 100 % from daily rental charge
Reservation and Deposit Policy
Due to high demand, our villas are often booked months in advance, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible to secure the villa at your preferred dates
Minimum Stay
2 Nights at our 1 & 2 Bedroom Villas
3 Nights at our 3,4 & 5 Bedroom Villas
*If guest book 4 & 5 Bedroom Villa, Guest will have 2 separate villas located next to each other to be used during their stay.

50% Deposit, to confirm your reservation. Guest will need to make payment within 3 working days (exclude weekend) from date of reservation confirmation

The outstanding 50% balance will need to be made 14 days* prior to your scheduled arrival date. Your final invoice will be automatically issued to you for payment prior to the due date
Payment will be done through our payment getaway (PayPal) or Direct Bank Transfer.
Important Note: *Payment dates are subject to change, depending on the season and villa management terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation policy will generally apply:
No Refund for Cancellation made between 14 days prior arrival day, on arrival day or NO SHOW
50% Refund from the total DEPOSIT for Cancellation made before 14 days prior arrival day
Damage or Loss
A Property is typically someone’s home. Please treat the Property rented accordingly, and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.
Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the Guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the Guest’s on check-out. The villa management may require the Guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund, if in case of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during their stay.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that every guests take out all risk travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect all parties during your vacation that include health insurance, loss of baggage and other personal items.
Valuables and Security
Any guest valuables or property left or used at the Property are at the guest’s own risk. Both Villa Management and staffs will not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to guest property. The guest is responsible for their own properties during their stay, and must ensure that all windows and doors are locked securely prior leaving the villa for any activities outside the villa and please use our safe deposit box to secure your valuables. Any dangerous and hazardous activities that may endanger yourself and your neighborhood are strictly prohibited during your stay.
